The next morning, I went to the front desk and reported all the problems. They assured me that they would have them taken care of.
A friend picked us up and we were off the property until late afternoon.
When we returned to our room we found the floor had been cleaned. However, the towels had not been changed and the bed had not been made.
By this time we were thankful for little things and did not call the front desk.
The next morning before we left on a day trip I once again visited the front desk and explained the situation.
