Saturday, October 26, 2019 will be a date etched into Marshall’s history – the day the renovated Memorial City Hall opened for its first performance. The opening was long in coming – but that is the subject for another article.

Yesterday I took a sneak look at the facility has staff was making final preparations for the Marcia Ball concert. The Memorial City Hall Performance Center will be a beautiful building. I say will because the building is 98+ % complete. There are some finishing touches that will be complete over the next month or so.

Marshall can be proud of its new building. Thanks to City Manager Mark Rohr for pushing this project to completion.
