. <==last.... ps2019-501 ....next==> . After breakfast our group was picked by bus at the hotel. Fifteen minutes later we were standing on a dock. The tour guide announced that we would be taken to our riverboat, the Zafiro, by motorboat.
I thought I was part of a Survivor TV show. Suddenly, almost on cue, two very nice motorboats appeared from behind trees on a point about 100 yards away. As the boats got closer it appeared that each could hold 15 or 20 people.
We boarded the boats and the boats retracted their path to the trees on the point. As we made a sharp left at the point we got our first look the Zafiro.
From a distance it did not look that bad.
