My Travel Company Never Select Seats For My International Flight Even Though They Sent Me the Seat Numbers

In November 2018 Oversea Adventure Travel sent me the flight information for my June 11, 2019 flight to Greece. The information includes my seat assignments for the trip.

On May 3 I call the airlines to give them my KTN number. The airline informed me that OAT never completed the seat selection. Therefore, we had no seats assigned and the only seats remaining were center seats.

We paid OATs an additional $400 to have our seats upgraded the premium economy. OATs lack of follow-thru got my wife and I both center seats in a row of four seats.

OATs – So that $400 got both my wife and me center seats? Was this really a good investment.
